Beer Mac and Cheese Recipe
Beer Mac and Cheese Recipe
Perfectly cooked pasta, coated in creamy cheese sauce, baked to perfection -- what could be more delicious? Well… there is one way to make mac and cheese just a little bit better. How, you ask? Just add beer!
Adding in some beer to the cheese sauce is a simple way to add deeper flavors to the mac and cheese. Often, cheese sauce can come out bland and unexciting. Adding in a splash of beer helps to bring out the underlying sauce flavors, while also incorporating hops into your meal. Don’t worry, most of the alcohol is cooked out during boiling and baking, but the rich beer flavor remains.
