Ingredients:

  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • ¼ cup FRIO beer
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1 - In a bowl, whisk together the mustard, vinegar, shallot, honey, and beer. Then, steadily pour in the olive oil while whisking, and finally add in the salt and pepper. Taste to make sure it’s perfect, then serve.

Lemon and Thyme Beer Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
  • 3 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup FRIO beer
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1 - In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, honey, thyme, garlic, and beer. Then, steadily pour in the olive oil while whisking, and finally add in the salt and pepper. Taste it to make any last minute tweaks, then serve.
Recipe 3 -
Orange and Poppy Seed Beer Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
  • ⅓ cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon basil, chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon mint, chopped (optional)
  • ¼ cup FRIO beer
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1 - In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, vinegar, basil, mint, and beer. Then, steadily pour in the olive oil while whisking, and finally add in the poppy seeds, salt, and pepper. Finally, taste it for seasoning, then serve.
