How to Make Beer Party Dip in a Flash

This dip is always a party pleaser. Making it is a no-stress activity, too. All-in-all, it’ll take about 10 minutes to put together, but you may have to do a quick grocery store run, first.

Ingredients:
  • ½ a can of FRIO beer
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, plus ¼ cup for garnish
  • 2 cups of cream cheese, or 28-ounce packages of cream cheese
  • 1 packet of ranch dressing mix

Step 1 - Let your cream cheese sit on the counter until it’s room temperature. If you don’t have any time for this, put the cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 20 seconds.

Step 2 - Mix the cream cheese and beer together using a whisk or electric mixer. Then, sprinkle in the ranch dressing mix and the shredded cheese. Mix well.

Step 3 - If you still have time before you plan on eating the dip, cover it and put it in the fridge and let it cool and stiffen. If you don’t have time for this, you can skip this step.

Step 4 - Spread the dip into a serving bowl or platter. Top with extra cheese for garnish. You can also use something green, like watercress, parsley, or chives to give it a little extra color and to make it stand out.

You can eat this dip with pretzels, crackers, carrots, celery… you name it. It really is the perfect dip for whatever the event. From sports games to movie nights, this dip will hit the spot and leave you wanting more.
